After the meditation of this morning
First Sunday of the Advent 2024

Dear ones,
Thank you again for this special morning where so many of you were present. The force of light and life filled us and those around us. Without you this power could never be so powerful.
We need each other to be able to reshape our society and thus the world, to heal ourselves and others physically, mentally and spiritually and to live in peace with each other. We can learn from each other and with each other. That is the way forward.
I write down my message after this enlightened meditation here for you to read and reread at home whenever you want. Take your time and let the magnificence of who you are as a human being come to you.
You are a spark of the infinite source of light. Some call that light source God. You are a god spark. You are even a creative god spark and that means anything is possible. You can even amplify your own light. To do that, you first bring order to your thinking and choose goodness, beauty and truth in everything you think, say and do.
Whenever you notice that an uncomfortable, negative or dark thought is imposing itself on you (and you notice this when you bring order to your thinking), stop.
Sit down for a moment. Take your time.
Feel what you feel in your body when thinking that thought and don't judge yourself.
Be extremely kind to yourself.
Look at that thought from all sides and breathe. At the right moment for you (when you are ready to let go of that thought), let the thought go on an exhale and give the thought to the light which will transform it into positive energy.
Now stay still for a while and consciously think positively about the situation or person.
Do your best.
Nothing comes naturally.
See the image in front of you. Breathe and take it in on an inhalation.
Let gratitude flow through you and get on with your day or evening.
This is exactly how you make use of your free will and creativity. By creating something new while choosing goodness, beauty and truth.
Practice yourself in that. Know that no one can solve your problems for you. And they don't have to. As a God spark, you can do it all yourself. Believe it and it happens.
Next Sunday there will be more light. I know!
