A few days ago, I posted a short article about the distrust in our bodies. I didn't have much time to write further. Therefore, now the rest of the article.
Why is it that we are all so afraid?
I believe this fear is caused by ignorance as a result of not knowing and therefore we lack confidence in ourselves. It is not surprising that we have no idea who we, as humans, really are. This has to do with our programming which, in a nutshell, looks like this.
When we know that all of creation is made up of vibrations at different frequencies, it is easy to understand that everything and everyone affects each other. At birth, we are love and open to every vibration like words and sounds, to the living beings around us, to the things around us.
We learn by copying the behaviour of our educators (parents, caretakers, teachers, friends). We never learn to ask ourselves a question. We don't learn to think or feel for ourselves what something does to us. We unquestioningly assume that the theatre play put before us is the truth. While growing up, we are trained to use only our five senses for reference. And that is where the limitation begins.
There is so much more than what we can perceive with, say, our eyes. It has now even been proven by science that the electromagnetic spectrum we can see is only sunlight. The rest of the spectrum (which has a different vibration) is invisible to us. And so it is with ourselves, with our so-called invisible self. We see only that which is within the five senses. The rest is there and we cannot see because we are not trained in being able to experience, which we could when we were babies.
I am referring to the connection with the infinite source. Some people call it God, others the universe, the big picture or the light. When we can consciously experience this connection, we are complete human beings and capable of self-healing.
Lack of trust in the big picture
The fear we harbour of everything and certainly of our own bodies is caused by our lack of trust in the big picture. We are unaware of ourselves and our thought processes. We are only aware of the five-sense world in which we are taught, among other things, that we are incomplete, not good enough and must always seek the approval of others, in the broadest sense of the word. So also for the approval of the government, doctor, employer, lover, parents. When we dwell on that and dare to take the time to contemplate that, you see the line of programming. Wanting to see that does turn life upside down because there is no certainty left. Except the certainty of dying.
Our body is quite capable of keeping itself alive, renewing its cells, overcoming disease, being healthy, sending signals to you about what you want to eat or drink. The body even lets you know that what you are thinking is not true (due to an emotion, for example) and also what philosophy of life does not belong to you. Your body is intelligent down to the atom. Can you believe that?
To remove the distrust we have in our bodies, self-examination is the only way. This is not difficult and requires courage. I have talked about that before. I did not study medicine and therefore know little about pharmaceuticals. I do study body and mind in my own way, using hatha yoga and meditation, among others, and after more than 70 years of living in practice, I do have an idea of how it works.
I am not saying I can always apply or understand it myself. What I do is my best to stay attentive to myself. Which is not always easy in a world full of distractions, confused and lost people, governments with agendas and the attempts at continuous programming through the propagandist media. Staying attentive to yourself in all circumstances is an excellent training in focus. It is. And focus we desperately need.
Doing your own research
Doing your own research and finding answers to existential questions is good. I even consider it a duty. Then don't blindly believe what you learn. Do practise what suits you at that time of your life and when you know it, let it go. You retain only what is right for you. You are the only one who knows your unique body and you can trust it blindly.
I am not telling anything new when I say:
People who studied medicine are the arm of the pharmaceutical industry. Those people who call themselves doctors are good at prescribing pills and powders for a complaint you have, following a diagnosis. That diagnosis is about that complaint, not about you. It is useful that they are there in emergencies and taking medicine can also be good because it can give you time to find the right path (yourself as a human being).
The same goes for alternative/additive doctors, such as orthomolecular specialists. These diagnose in their own way and prescribe so-called healthy medicines. Meanwhile, that too is a multi-billion dollar industry. Do you know what's in all those capsules and pills? Herbs from the rainforest. Sounds good. What do they do to those herbs to process them according to health regulations? Usually those are heated so much that all the active ingredients are spillable.
Dieticians don't look at you as a person either. Too fat, too thin, too frequent colds, susceptible and no resistance. It is a temporary improvement perhaps and it does not cure you. And these diets are often impossible to stick to because they go completely against your nature.
Psychic people who can feel energy, say hand-healers, seers, spiritual healers, can bring relief. They too cannot heal you.
Honestly: you know - deep down in your heart - what is good for you.
My healing came only with the understanding that we are miraculous creatures living in at least two dimensions and totally lost in the religion of fear.
I think the body has a perfect self-healing ability that often cannot function properly because of the fear that is in our heads. Fear has a low vibration that prevents contact with our deeper self.
Self-healing actually starts with recognising that we humans are brainwashed.
When you dare to accept that (fear), you can explore without resistance within yourself with an open mind and you will find out that we are actually infinite beings, without boundaries or limitations.
A non-programmed or de-programmed human being knows exactly what is good for him. Who knows exactly what food to take in at what time. They know exactly when to rest and when to be in action. They know exactly what their talents are and how to use them for the greater good of the community in which they live. Who knows exactly how to deal with ups and downs.
We have been given the earth to live and to feed ourselves and we have each other to build a community in which all talents are used and, above all, to know ourselves. The other, without exception, is also our mirror in every situation. Everything else in the world as it appears before you now is programming. There is nothing human about it.
Never believe what comes from your subconscious like thoughts and emotions. Research will make you healthy step by step. Of body and soul and mind.
