We are going to repeat something, because of its importance

Dear people,
Last Sunday we did exercises to relax and give space to our lower backs.
And we are going to repeat the class. I wrote in March this about the back:
All pains and discomforts in our body have a cause within ourselves. As soon as we feel pain in our body, the blockage caused by an unprocessed emotion and mental block is a fact.
I always look at the physical complaint first and then the underlying cause. And of course, you all go to a doctor to know what is going on physically.
Physical blockage in the low back:
The short back muscle between pelvis and spine is neglected.
The muscles on the side of the buttocks are also not getting enough attention.
Underlying unconscious emotion:
Fear of lack of material things like money.
Not feeling adequately supported.
The must and want to ‘have’ dominates.
When you feel pain in your low back it tells you that you have to ‘have’ to feel supported without daring to admit it to yourself (because you are not aware of it) and to others. With this, you overburden yourself and keep doing everything on your own. You have difficulty asking for help.
Mental block:
Can you accept from yourself that you are entitled to love having material things to feel safe and supported?
Is there still a little voice deep inside that says it's not right to be materialistic?
Then it is time to allow yourself the right to have, to own. After that, you will be able to feel supported even without all that wanting to have.
Now you have read up to here and are thinking:
That is not for me!
As soon as you feel a resistance to these words, you are 100 per cent sure that it lives somewhere in your subconscious.
